预应力CFRP片材梁侧加固T形梁二次受力抗弯性能试验研究*

[摘要]采用波形齿夹锚能可靠实现梁侧多点锚固并张拉CFRP(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer,碳纤维增强复合材料)片材进行混凝土梁体外预应力加固技术。结合该项加固技术,对3根计算跨度6-6m的相同截面混凝土T形截面梁进行了对比试验研究。采用该项加固技术加固其中2根梁(1根梁加固时无初始荷载,另1根梁有初始荷载),用普通粘贴CFRP片材加固技术加固另外1根梁。试验结果表明应用该项加固技术能够较充分发挥CFRP片材的高强性能,对提高混凝土梁的开裂荷载、截面刚度、屈服荷载、承载力效果显著,并能有效限制混凝土裂缝宽度的发展;同时,加固时有无初始荷载(即是否二次受力)对加固后梁的承载力及变形能力均无明显影响。

Experimental study on the flexural behavior of T-beams strengthened with prestressed CFRP sheets anchored at two sides of beam under secondary load

Abstract:The external prestress strengthening technology of concrete beams, which is adopted for realizing multi-point anchorage and stretching CFRP sheets at beam sides, can be reliably realized by using wave-shaped-teeth-grip anchor. The comparative experimental study, which combined this strengthening technology, was carried out for three concrete T-beams with the same section and a span of 6-6m. The above strengthening technology was used to strengthen two of the beams (when they were strengthened, one of the beams had no initial load and another one had the initial load). The remaining beam was strengthened by using strengthening technology of common bonded CFRP sheets. Test results indicate that the high strength properties of CFRP sheets can be given full play by the application of this strengthening technology, and this strengthening technology could significantly improve the cracking load, stiffness, yield load, bearing capacity of concrete beams, and the development of flexural crack width in concrete beams is effectively controlled. At the same time, there is no obvious effect on the bearing capacity and deformation capacity of the strengthened beam with or without the initial load (that is, whether subjected to secondary load or not).
