折线形钢梁受力性能试验研究

摘 要

[摘要]通过对不同坡度的折线形钢梁进行试验,分析了受力过程中折线形钢梁的破坏形态和变形特征,通过有限元软件对不同条件下折线形钢梁的受力进行了模拟。结果表明,有限元模拟结果和试验结果吻合程度较高,并采用力法对折线形钢梁水平推力进行理论分析,并将计算结果与有限元计算结果进行对比。结果表明,折线形钢梁最终的破坏形态为失稳破坏,设计时应注意对跨中截面进行加强,并验算平面外稳定性;支座水平位移对水平推力的影响较大,设计计算时可考虑释放一定的水平位移来减小水平推力,使结构体系的受力更加合理。

Experimental study on mechanical performance of folding steel beam

Abstract:The failure mode and deformation characteristics of the folding steel beam with different slopes were analyzed by experiments. The finite element software was used to simulate the stress of the folding steel beam under different conditions. The results show that the finite element calculation results  simulation are in good agreement with the experimental results. And the horizontal thrust of the folding steel beam was theoretically analyzed by the force method. The calculated results were compared with the finite element  calculation results. The results show that the ultimate failure mode of the folding steel beam is instability failure. During the design, the mid-span section should be strengthened and the out-of-plane stability should be checked. The horizontal displacement of support has a great influence on the horizontal thrust force. A certain level of displacement can be released to reduce the level of horizontal thrust, so that the stress of the structural system is more reasonable.
