冷弯薄壁C型钢桁架梁柱节点抗震性能试验研究*

[摘要]为了更好地了解既有冷弯薄壁C型钢桁架梁柱节点的受力性能,促进建筑工程装配式轻钢结构活动板房在云南省的推广和装配式轻钢结构活动板房地方性技术规范的编制,对4种足尺桁架梁柱节点进行了低周往复荷载下的拟静力试验。研究不同连接形式下节点的抗震性能,分析了节点的滞回特性、承载能力、刚度退化、延性和耗能能力。研究表明,角钢或节点板与柱采用四面围焊方式的节点的承载能力、延性及耗能能力较采用两侧焊接方式的节点有提高,而采用角钢连接形式的节点的耗能能力优于采用节点板连接形式的节点。

Experimental study on seismic performance of cold-formed thin-walled C-shaped steel truss beam-column joints

Abstract:Quasi-static tests were carried out on four kinds of  full-scale truss beam-column joints under low cyclic loading, in order to study the mechanical characteristics of  existing cold-formed thin-walled C-shaped steel truss beam\|column joints, and in order to promote popularize of the architectural engineering prefabricated light steel activities of the board in Yunnan provincial engineering and the establishment of its specifications. The seismic behavior of joints under different connection forms was studied, and the hysteretic characteristics, bearing capacity, stiffness degradation, ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the joints were analyzed.   Research shows that the joint with corner steel or joint board to connect with column using welding four sides has better bearing capacity, ductility and energy dissipation capacity comparing to joints using welding in two sides. Also, joints using angle steel connections has better energy dissipation capacity comparing to joints using joint board for connection.
