横琴创意谷结构设计与分析

[摘要]简要介绍了横琴创意谷地基基础设计,选用潜孔锤引孔有效地解决了预应力管桩难以穿越坚硬填石层的问题,设计中考虑了长径比对桩身承载力的影响并计入负摩阻力,基于地下水的腐蚀性提出了浅层干湿交替段管桩的耐久性要求;重点介绍了上部结构设计,包括结构选型及布置、钢构节点和钢筋桁架楼承板组合钢梁、超长结构控制措施、整体计算结果、单跨框架抗震性能化设计、单排双柱悬挑钢梯屈曲分析、钢柱脚施工阶段验算以及大跨空腹桁架转换结构的受力分析等。

Structural design and analysis of Hengqin Creative Valley

Abstract:Foundation design of Hengqin Creative Valley was briefly introduced. The problem that prestressed pipe pile can hardly cross the thick hard backfilled stone layer was effectively solved by drilling holes with DTH hammer beforehand. The effect of length-diameter ratio on bearing capacity of pile was considered in the design, while the pull force of negative friction was reckoned in. Based on the corrosion of groundwater, durability requirements of pipe pile under the condition of drying-wetting cycle were proposed. Superstructure design was emphatically presented, including structural form selection and layout, steel connections and steel bar truss concrete slab composite steel girder, control measures of super long structure, overall calculation results, performance-based seismic design of single span frame, buckling analysis of cantilever steel stairs with single row of double columns and checking calculation of steel column base during construction as well as mechanical behavior of large-span vierendeel truss transfer structure.
