北京CBD文化艺术中心超限结构抗震设计

[摘要]北京CBD文化艺术中心建筑功能为剧场、大型宴会厅和展厅等,主体结构为大跨度钢框架支撑结构体系。建筑东西立面呈平行四边形形状,在屋顶层南北两侧设置悬挑钢桁架悬挂2层及以上各层外挑部分。结构体系中还存在局部转换、局部拔柱、多塔连体、楼板开大洞等竖向和平面不规则抗震超限内容。为此进行了多软件比较分析,弹性和弹塑性时程分析;合理设置了屈曲约束支撑,分别对整体结构和局部构件采取了有效的加强措施,使结构具有良好的抗震性能。

Seismic-resistant and out-of-code structural design of  CBD Culture & Art Center in Beijing

Abstract:The architectural functions of the CBD Culture & Art Center in Beijing include a theatre, large banquet halls and exhibition halls, etc. Its main structure is a large-span and braced-steel frame system, with the shape of a parallelogram on its east and west facades. On the top floor, cantilever steel trusses were set in the north and south directions, to suspend the cantilever beams of the second and upper floors. Considering its irregular planes and vertical arrangements, such as the transfer structure, pillar elimination for large spaces, large slab openings on multiple floors, and multi-tower connection, the structure system presents several features that didn′t comply with seismic-resistant codes. Therefore, multi-software comparison and analysis, as well as elastic & elastic-plastic time-history analysis were made, reasonable BRBs (buckling restrained braces) were set and seismic-resistant enhancements were applied for the integral structure and specific architectural components, to ensure the excellent seismic-resistant performance of the structure.
