某商务公寓超限高层结构分析与设计

摘 要

[摘要]结合某商务公寓,对平面不规则、凹凸不规则、带转换层、局部竖向构件不连续的超限高层建筑,采用SATWE,MIDAS/Building 软件进行了风荷载、地震作用下的弹性时程分析,并验证了结构各部位在小震作用下的性能目标;采用ABAQUS软件对结构进行了动力弹塑性时程分析,并对转换层、楼板的塑性损伤情况进行了分析。计算结果表明,所选结构体系合理、安全、可靠,结构各项性能均能达到预定的抗震性能目标。

Structural analysis and design of out-of-code high-rise structure of a commercial apartment

Abstract:The out-of-code high-rise structure of a commercial apartment features plane irregularity, concave-convex irregularity, transferring layer and partial vertical component discontinuity. SATWE and MIDAS/Building software were used to carry out the elastic time-history analysis under wind loads and earthquakes, and the performance objectives of each part of the structure under the action of frequent earthquakes were verified. The dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis of the structure was carried out by using ABAQUS software, and plastic damage conditions of transferring layer floors were analyzed. The calculation results show that the selected structural system is reasonable, safe and reliable, and all the performances of the structure can reach the predetermined seismic performance targets.
