沈阳新年代综合项目超限复杂结构设计*

摘 要

[摘要]沈阳新年代综合项目建筑设计高度为111-95m,该建筑独特的造型——双塔、多处大悬挑及L形高位连体,即在19~21层双塔悬挑相连,增加了结构设计的复杂程度,且由于各塔楼之间的振动互相耦联,对结构抵抗扭转愈加不利。对这个多重复杂的超限建筑在设计中采用了基于性能的抗震设计思想,针对重要部位提高性能指标。按照规范的要求采用Perform-3D进行弹塑性分析,研究整体结构在大震作用下的动力响应和关键构件的损伤发展情况,结果表明,结构具有较高的抗震承载能力和延性,满足规范“大震不倒”的要求。

Design of transfinite structure for New Era comprehensive building in Shenyang

Abstract:The New Era comprehensive building in Shenyang with the height of 111-95m has double towers, which are connected together from 19th floor to 21th floor. Hence, the structure is unique and complicated as it includes double towers, large cantilever, and L-shaped connected structure. As the vibration of these double towers affects each other, it was not good for the structure to resist torsion. For the design of this multiple, complicated, and transfinite building, the method of a performance-based seismic design was utilized, and the index performance for the important specimens of the structure was improved. The Perform-3D software was utilized to conduct elastic-plastic analysis according to the requirement of the specifications. The dynamic response and damage evolution of important specimens under rare seismic were investigated. The results show the structure has good ductility and high resistance to earthquakes, and it meets the requirements of no collapsing under strong earthquake.
