天然沙漠砂钢筋混凝土梁受弯性能的试验研究*

[摘要]对天然沙漠砂代替普通工程用砂的可行性进行了验证,对天然沙漠砂混凝土梁的受弯性能进行了研究。通过试验配制出了C20,C30天然沙漠砂混凝土,对比分析了天然沙漠砂混凝土试块与普通砂混凝土试块的破坏形状和曲线,然后通过6根普通砂钢筋混凝土简支梁和6根天然沙漠砂钢筋混凝土简支梁的正截面受弯性能试验,对比分析了在混凝土强度、配筋率和几何尺寸相同的条件下,普通砂混凝土梁与天然沙漠砂混凝土梁的正截面承载力、挠度和破坏特性。研究结果表明:天然沙漠砂可以作为建筑用细骨料,天然沙漠砂混凝土梁表现出与普通砂混凝土梁基本相似的特性,试验结果与理论计算值吻合较好,普通砂混凝土梁的相关理论、正截面承载力公式等可用于天然沙漠砂混凝土梁。

Experimental study on bending behavior of reinforced concrete beam using natural desert sand

Abstract:The feasibility of using natural desert sand instead of using ordinary engineering sand was investigated, and the bending behavior of the natural desert sand was investigated. C20 and C30 concrete materials were produced using natural desert sand. Damage shapes and the curves of ordinary sand cubes and natural desert sand cubes were studied through comparison. Then the bending behavior of  6 reinforced concrete (RC) beams using ordinary engineering sand and another 6 using natural desert sand were fabricated and tested. Bending strength, deformation capacity and damage characteristics were studied through comparison under same strength of concrete, reinforcement ratio and geometry. Test results suggest that the natural desert sand can be an aggregate for concrete, and the RC beams using natural desert sand show similar bending behavior with those using ordinary engineering sand, the results obtained from theoretic calculations agree well with those obtained from physical tests, the bending strength calculation formula for RC beams using ordinary engineering sands is applicable to those using natural desert sand.
