某不对称双塔连体结构设计

[摘要]韩国IT产业园办公楼为一复杂连接的超限高层结构,采用框架-剪力墙结构体系。介绍了本工程结构设计分析情况,首先根据其具体超限情况,设定抗震性能目标。然后进行结构在小震作用下的分析,强调了连体结构的分析过程,包括多道防线分析,剪力墙墙肢受拉分析,连廊及连接体部位楼板的抗震能力、舒适度、连接节点应力等分析。同时通过静力、动力弹塑性分析,验证了结构的大震性能。最终提出了结构的抗震加强措施。

Design on an asymmetrically double-tower connected structure

Abstract:The office building in Korea IT Industrial Park is an out-of-code high-rise structure with complex connection between two towers, and the building adopts frame-shear wall structural system. The design  and analysis  for this building were introduced. Firstly, the seismic performance objectives of the building were proposed based on the out-of-code details of the structure. Then, the seismic behavior of this building under frequent earthquake was studied. Special attention was paid to the connection part between the two towers, and several parameters were analyzed, including the multiple seismic fortification line analysis, tensile analysis of the shear walls, as well as the seismic capacity, the comfort and the connection joint stress of the floor of the connecting body. At the same time, the performance of the structure under rare earthquake was verified by static and dynamic elastic-plastic analysis. Finally, the seismic strengthening measures of the structure were put forward.
