高延性纤维混凝土低矮剪力墙抗震性能试验研究*

[摘要]提出采用高延性纤维混凝土(HDC)改善低矮剪力墙的抗震性能和变形能力,设计了2个HDC低矮剪力墙试件,并进行了拟静力试验,研究其破坏机理、变形能力及耗能能力。试验结果表明:HDC低矮剪力墙破坏时,墙体中下部剪切斜裂缝宽度较小,说明HDC材料的受拉应变硬化和多裂缝开展性能,可有效控制剪切斜裂缝的开展;与相关文献中2个高强混凝土低矮剪力墙相比,HDC低矮剪力墙的变形和耗能能力明显提高;利用HDC良好的抗剪性能,可以减少水平分布钢筋的数量;HDC低矮剪力墙试件破坏时,墙体下部未产生较大面积的混凝土剥落,表明采用HDC可显著改善低矮剪力墙的脆性剪切破坏模式,提高其抗震性能和损伤容限,减小或免去强震后的修复费用。

Experimental study on seismic behavior of high ductile fiber reinforced concrete low-rise shear walls

Abstract:The high ductile fiber reinforced concrete (HDC) was used in low-rise shear walls to improve their seismic behavior and deformability, and 2 HDC low-rise shear walls were designed and  tested under quasi-static load. The failure mechanism, energy dissipation capacity and deformability were studied. The results show that: when the HDC low-rise shear walls were damaged, the inclined cracks at the middle and bottom of HDC walls were fine, which suggests that the tensile strain hardening and multiple crack development performance of HDC can effectively control the development of shear inclined crack. The energy dissipation capacity and deformability of the HDC low-rise shear walls are obviously improved compared with another two high-strength concrete low-rise shear walls in relevant literatures. The good shear property of HDC is used to reduce the number of horizontal distribution reinforcement. What′s more, the concrete at the bottom of the HDC walls does not spall when the specimens are damaged, which shows that HDC can not only significantly improve the brittle shear damage mode of the low-rise shear wall, but also enhance its seismic behavior and damage tolerance, and then reduce or avoid the repair expenses after the strong earthquake.
