圆钢管约束钢筋混凝土轴压短柱承载力的试验研究

[摘要]为研究掺入一定量粉煤灰的圆钢管约束钢筋混凝土轴压短柱的承载力,进行了12个试件在单调荷载作用下的试验研究,试验主要参数为钢管径厚比(D/t=55,73和110)和混凝土中粉煤灰的取代率(0,10%,30%和50%),考察了该类短柱的破坏模式、极限承载力、延性以及横向变形系数等,分析了各试验参数对其受力性能的影响规律。试验结果表明,试件破坏时钢管发生撕裂或向外凸曲破坏,核心混凝土发生剪切破坏,纵向钢筋受压鼓曲。径厚比和粉煤灰取代率对试件承载力和延性的影响均较显著,对试件破坏模式的影响不大。钢管对核心混凝土的约束作用在峰值荷载后最为充分。综合考虑破坏模式、承载力和延性等因素,建议实际工程中该类构件的粉煤灰取代率应小于30%,钢管径厚比应不大于100为宜。

Experimental study on the bearing capacity of circular tubed reinforced concrete short column under axial compression

Abstract:In order to study the bearing capacity of circular tubed reinforced concrete axial compression short column incorporated in some fly ash, 12 specimens were carried on the monotonic static test and the main parameters included the diameter thickness ratio of the steel tube (D/t=55, 73 and 110) and the fly ash replacement ratio (0, 10%, 30% and 50%) in concrete, the failure mode, ultimate bearing capacity, ductility and lateral deformation coefficient of these short columns were investigated and the influence of test parameters on the mechanical behavior of specimens were analyzed. The test results show that the steel tubes were torn or convex curved outward, the shear failure occurred in the core concrete and the longitudinal reinforcement buckled when these specimens damaged. The effects of the diameter thickness ratio of steel tube and fly ash replacement ratio in concrete on the bearing capacity and ductility are more obvious, but they have little influence on the failure mode. The restriction effect of the steel tube on the core concrete is the most sufficient after reaching the peak load. Considering the factors such as failure modes, bearing capacity and ductility, it is suggested that the fly ash replacement ratio should be  less than 30% and the thickness ratio of the steel tube should be less than 100 in practical engineering.
